Complaints about our conduct

You have the right to complain if you feel that ÂNCORAS & FALESIAS, LDA is not fulfilling its responsibilities with regard to your data.

ÂNCORAS & FALESIAS, LDA has a Data Protection Officer who takes your complaint seriously. You can contact our Data Protection Officer at info@goldenboats.pt  We will send you an email confirmation no later than 5 days after sending and we will do our best to resolve the situation within a maximum period of 1 month. If the issue covers any difficulties or requires extensive action to be taken, it may take longer to resolve, but we will provide you with frequent updates on the status of the issue.

You also have the right to complain to the authorities. However, since privacy is a very serious matter for us, we would like to ask you to always speak with us first. The responsible supervisory authority is the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados.

Our rules on data collection

Your privacy is a very serious matter for us, so we only ask for information that is really necessary to be able to provide you with a great service. Whenever we collect customer data, we make sure that:
